Becker Batch and Continuous Drum Washers are designed for production applications such as metal stampings, screw machine parts, fasteners, automotive components, cold headed products and various other small parts. Both single and dual drum models are available with one , two or three stages and drum sizes up to 48" in diameter. Combination rotary drum and belt washers are also available. Each J. L. Becker washer is custom designed to meet your exact requirements.

Cabinet Washers

J. L. Becker Cabinet Washers are designed for cleaning critical components such as jet engine parts and automotive fuel injector parts as well as stampings, gears, extrusions, etc. High pressure spray nozzles surround the workload as it rotates on the friction drive turntable ensuring a full coverage spray pattern. Cabinet washers are available in front load and top load models with capacities up to 2,500 pounds. Custom models are available upon request

Continuous Belt Washers

J. L. Becker Continuous Belt Washers are designed for production applications such as stampings, gears, machined component parts, fasteners, screw machine parts, springs, clips and various other applications. The washers are available with flat wire belts, chain drive, woven wire mesh, chain driven rod and pipe, and part fixtures for specific applications. Standard belt widths are 12" to 60". Wash, rinse and blow-off lengths will vary according to your requirements.

Rotary Basket and Batch Washers

J. L. Becker Rotary Basket and Batch Washers are compatible with many other manufacturers' furnace lines. Our washers are designed and constructed to handle maximum gross loads up to 7,000 pounds. Batch washers are available in spray only or dunk, spray and agitate models. Standard load sizes range from 24" wide x 36" deep x 24" high to 36" wide x 72" deep x 36" high. Other sizes are available upon request. Rotary Basket Washers are available in two, four, six, eight and ten baskets per load.
