We also offer supervision services to help your people install the equipment or we can do the installation and start-up for you. Payment is to be made in full prior to shipping. All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds. All equipment is sold F.O.B. shipping point. All machines quoted are subject to prior sale and prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are exclusive of any State, County or Federal taxes. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the Buyer and are in addition to the quoted purchase price.

Conditions

There are no warranties that extend beyond the description herein. Quotations are subject to change without notice. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, delays of carriers and other delays beyond our control. All agreements and/or contracts made by salesmen or representatives are subject to approval by the home office, J.L. Becker Company, Inc., Plymouth, Michigan. No other terms and conditions will apply unless specifically supplied in writing.

Machine Safety

It is the user's responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard the operator from harm for any particular use, operation or set-up and to adequately safeguard the machine, or machines, to conform to all Federal, State, Local Government and industry safety standards.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, of and from any claims or liabilities from accidents involving this equipment caused by failure of user, his employees or agents to follow instructions, warnings or recommendations available from the manufacturer, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State or Local laws applicable to such equipment, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
